We had Carol's first birthday party last Saturday, April 9th at my Granny and Grandaddy's house. It was a great time with family, especially for my grandparents to have so many visitors there!

I actually was going to (try) and make her birthday cake...and I did actually bake the flower cakes...I just ran out of time to decorate! Luckily, Brookshire's came to the rescue at the last minute!
When everyone started singing Happy Birthday, she just smiled and laughed and just looked around at everyone...she knew it was special just for her!
